Four Use Cases for Intelligent Business and Robotic Process Automation

The data is in. If current trends continue, most, if not all, global businesses will be using at least some form of automation within the next decade, and it’s not difficult to see why. “For example, it can trigger a notification when it’s time to follow up with certain customers or if a customer has submitted a complaint, or send automated messages to customers regarding new products,” wrote entrepreneur Ashley Hudson in a piece for EneterprisersProject.com.
